Supplying design and architecture firms directly, or through a select group of progressive dealers is our path to market. In the end, you will have substantial autonomy in deciding how you accomplish your daily mission, but in broad-strokes, our expectations are that you will:

• Review and curate project leads tools like Greenpages or similar to review upcoming specification opportunities throughout our territory and funnel leads to the appropriate outside sales managers.

• Find out every project in our local territory, target the optimal decision-makers and ensure your team members are in front of them in early design stages and at key decision-points in their project's journey.

• Assist our outside sales team with quote generation, sample requests, CRM updating, appointment scheduling and customer contact and delight. 

• Occasional pickups and deliveries of samples at specifiers to support your sales team as required.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with the following experience and attributes but if you think you’re the perfect fit for working with us at Centanni Tile without some of these assets – tell us why you think so!

• Three-year’s experience in servicing the architectural and design community – bonus if you have tile or stone industry experience

• Strong background in Excel

• Understanding of basic principles of CRM maintenance and enjoyment in developing and curating a detailed client story.

• Experience with curating building reports an asset.

• Enjoy equally both working with data and people. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and effectively manage a growing sales team's lead funnel and service call schedule.

• Results driven with the ability to set & meet targets and assist our team to grow sales aggressively

• The drive to go the extra mile to exceed client’s expectations

• Exemplifies courtesy and professionalism in day to day interactions

• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Ability to lift approximately 20 to 30lbs of samples for meetings etc…

• Must live in Lower Mainland and commute to Burnaby head-office Mon-Fri.

• Must be Canadian Citizen, with a valid driver's licence.
